  1. Greet and welcome customers to The Home Depot, providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a positive manner.
  2. Ensure the safety and efficiency of the store's parking lot and exterior areas by monitoring and maintaining traffic flow, directing customers to available parking spots, and promptly addressing any potential hazards.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized lot by regularly picking up trash, sweeping, and removing any debris or obstacles.
  4. Assist customers with loading and unloading large or heavy items and provide them with any necessary assistance.
  5. Monitor and enforce parking lot policies, such as parking time limits and designated parking areas for customers and employees.
  6. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  7. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all areas of the lot are clean and well-maintained.
  8. Work collaboratively with other lot associates and store team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and customer experience in the parking lot.
  10. Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism while representing The Home Depot brand.
