- Develop and lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions for The Home Depot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using data science and AI.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Design and build machine learning models to improve the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and AI, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to the company's operations.
- Communicate complex data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and security of data required for AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of data.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the data science team and the wider organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert in data science and AI, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the company.
- Contribute to the development of data science strategies and roadmaps to support the company's long-term goals.

- Identify and address any potential risks or challenges related to the implementation of AI solutions.
Extensive Experience With Generative Ai Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Generative Ai Techniques Such As Generative Adversarial Networks (Gans), Variational Autoencoders (Vaes), And Recurrent Neural Networks (Rnns). They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing These Techniques In Real-World Projects.
Strong Background In Data Science: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Foundation In Data Science, Including Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, And Data Visualization. They Should Also Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql.
