The Home Depot is currently seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop innovative instructional materials and learning solutions that engage customers and employees.

  4. Utilize Microsoft Office applications and e-Learning software to develop instructional materials.
  5. Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  6. Maintain excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Research, evaluate, and recommend new instructional technologies and software.
  8. Monitor and review the effectiveness of instructional materials and learning solutions.
  9. Provide training and support to employees and customers on the use of instructional materials.
