In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.   1. Receive and process incoming merchandise from various suppliers and ensure accuracy of shipments.
  2. Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and in designated areas in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by properly storing merchandise and disposing of waste and debris.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient flow of merchandise and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  5. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise as needed.
  6. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  7. Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or overstock.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to merchandise handling and security.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and suggest ideas for increasing efficiency and productivity.
  13. Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Freight/Receiving Associates Must Communicate With Various Team Members, Including Drivers, Vendors, And Other Store Associates. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Position To Ensure Smooth And Accurate Operations.
