  1. Receive and process incoming freight shipments in an efficient and timely manner.
  2. Verify accuracy of shipments and ensure all products are accounted for.
  3. Organize and stock received merchandise onto appropriate shelves and bins.
  4. Inspect and report any damaged or missing items to management.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving area.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to unload and load delivery trucks.
  7. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  8. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory needs and issues.
  10. Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
  11. Provide excellent customer service to all customers and offer assistance when needed.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Adapt to changes in workload and assist in other departments as needed.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for more efficient operations.
  16. Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
