  1. Receive and unload freight shipments from delivery trucks.
  2. Inspect and verify accuracy of incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
  3. Properly label and tag merchandise for inventory and pricing purposes.
  4. Organize and stock received merchandise in designated areas.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate merchandise receipt.
  6. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store merchandise.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling merchandise.
  9. Report any damaged or incorrect merchandise to management.
  10. Assist with inventory management and replenishment processes.
  11. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for more efficient merchandise handling.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to the role.
