- Accurately receive and process incoming freight in a timely manner.
- Verify and document all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organize and stock received merchandise onto store shelves and designated locations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport merchandise.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues with incoming or outgoing shipments to management.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while handling merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with loading purchases and answering any questions they may have.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.

Knowledge Of Freight Receiving Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Freight Receiving Processes, Including Unloading, Sorting, And Labeling Of Incoming Merchandise.
Physical Ability: This Role Requires Lifting And Moving Heavy Items, Often For Extended Periods Of Time. The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Physical Stamina And Strength To Handle These Tasks.
