  1. Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks.
  2. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of merchandise, including sorting, organizing, and stocking.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
  4. Work closely with other team members to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  5. Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store merchandise.
  6. Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy.
  7. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with merchandise to appropriate team members.
  8. Assist with inventory management by accurately recording and tracking received merchandise.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of store layout and merchandise locations.
  10. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions they may have.
  11. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while performing tasks.
  12. Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards.
  13. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support store operations.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of excellence at all times.

  • Physical Stamina And Strength: As A Freight/Receiving Associate, You Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Merchandise On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Candidates Should Have The Physical Ability To Perform These Tasks Safely And Efficiently.
