As a Freight/Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in receiving and processing all incoming and outgoing merchandise.   1. Receive and process all incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
  2. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and pricing of merchandise.
  3. Conduct quality checks on received merchandise to ensure it meets company standards.
  4. Organize and maintain the receiving area, ensuring it is clean and free of clutter.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely restocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
  6. Assist in loading and unloading merchandise from delivery trucks.
  7. Efficiently and accurately process outgoing merchandise for shipping.
  8. Keep accurate records of all received and shipped merchandise.
  9. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with merchandise to the appropriate team members.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols while handling merchandise.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of the store.
  13. Attend and actively participate in all training and development programs.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
