  4. Use excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  5. Utilize sales techniques to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.

  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant recommendations to customers.
  8. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  12. Attend training and development opportunities to continuously improve design and sales skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Design Consultant, You Will Be Working Directly With Customers In Their Homes, So Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Crucial. This Includes Actively Listening To Customers' Needs, Explaining Design Concepts, And Providing Exceptional Service Throughout The Sales Process.

  • Sales Experience: The Home Depot Values Individuals Who Have A Proven Track Record In Sales. As A Design Consultant, You Will Be Responsible For Meeting Sales Targets, And Having Previous Sales Experience Can Demonstrate Your Ability To Close Deals And Drive Revenue.

This Skill Will Allow You To Present Professional And Accurate Designs To Customers.
