  1. Lead and manage a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet department goals.
  3. Create a positive and inclusive work environment for associates, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  4. Train and coach associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor and track department performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations for associates and provide feedback for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with other department supervisors and store managers to achieve overall store objectives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in customer needs, and make necessary adjustments to department operations.
  11. Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing and product placement.
  12. Uphold company values and standards, promoting a positive company image at all times.
  13. Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of new associates.
  14. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management for the department.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
