1. Lead and manage a team of associates within a specific department to ensure the success of the department and the overall store.

8. Collaborate with other department supervisors and store management to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional teamwork.
9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to associates.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the latest and most relevant information.
11. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development and growth within the company.
13. Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving overall store performance.
14. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department and the store.
