  1. Develop and implement training programs and materials to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement in the company's cybersecurity training and awareness efforts.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity to ensure the training and awareness programs are relevant and effective.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and address any potential security vulnerabilities.
  5. Monitor and track employee participation in training programs and provide reports and recommendations to management.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity and provide guidance and support to other departments and employees.
  7. Create and maintain documentation and resources related to cybersecurity training and awareness.
  8. Coordinate and conduct simulated cyber attack exercises to test the company's security protocols and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay informed of any regulatory requirements and ensure the company's cybersecurity training and awareness efforts are compliant.
  10. Continuously review and update training materials and programs to adapt to new and emerging cyber threats.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity Concepts, Including Threat Detection, Risk Assessment, And Security Protocols.

  • Experience In Developing And Delivering Cybersecurity Training Programs: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Creating And Delivering Effective Training Programs To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Requires Frequent Interactions With Various Teams And Departments, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Cybersecurity Concepts To Non-Technical Personnel.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Identify And Address Potential Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities And Risks.

  • Relevant Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Information Technology Or Computer Science, And Industry-Recognized Certifications Such As Cissp Or Cism, Are Highly Desirable For This Role.
