  8. Stay current with company promotions, sales, and events to proactively inform and upsell products to customers.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and other customer-related transactions.
  10. Adhere to company standards for attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance while on the job.
