  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  3. Possess and maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by The Home Depot to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Execute efficient and accurate transactions at the register, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking merchandise and keeping shelves and displays neat and orderly.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
  9. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as product knowledge, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  10. Collaborate with management to identify and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance customer service skills and stay informed of any changes or updates.
  12. Be a brand ambassador for The Home Depot, representing the company's values and commitment to customer service.
  13. Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
