  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of The Home Depot.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to assist customers in finding the best solutions for their home improvement needs.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling products and services to customers.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant and safe shopping environment for customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and timely resolution of customer issues.
  7. Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  8. Actively seek out and engage with customers to promote special offers and promotions.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of store policies, procedures, and product information.
  10. Comply with all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
