  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, including answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish a loyal customer base and increase repeat business.
  4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and services offered and effectively communicate this information to customers.

  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  7. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

  9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and sales techniques.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and company promotions to effectively communicate this information to customers.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  13. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
