  3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services offered in the store to effectively assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and upsell products to customers, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer service by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
  12. Continuously represent The Home Depot brand in a positive and professional manner.
  13. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
  14. Support the store's goals and objectives by meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.
  15. Maintain a positive and productive work environment by displaying a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow.
