Customer Service/Sales Associate

1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, answering questions, and offering product recommendations and solutions.
3. Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products that meet the customer's specific needs and budget.
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and return business.
5. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
7. Assist in merchandising and restocking products to ensure a visually appealing and fully stocked sales floor.
8. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, finding suitable resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor, cash wrap, and inventory areas.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
12. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and customer service skills through training and development opportunities provided by the company.
13. Proactively seek out and assist customers, ensuring no one leaves the store without being helped.
14. Stay knowledgeable about current industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to effectively serve customers and make informed recommendations.
15. Contribute to a positive and welcoming team culture by actively participating in meetings, sharing ideas, and supporting fellow team members.
