  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Actively engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
  4. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products and services.
  5. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  6. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability inquiries.
  7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Therefore, Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Including Upselling And Cross-Selling, Is A Valuable Qualification For This Job.
