  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience at the store.
  2. Train, coach, and mentor a team of customer service associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  3. Monitor and evaluate customer service performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  6. Conduct regular customer service training sessions for associates to maintain high standards of service.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and increase sales.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
  9. Create a welcoming and helpful environment for customers by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and sales.
  11. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvements to management.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, leading by example for other associates.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  14. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed of company updates and initiatives.
