  1. Lead and develop a team of associates to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and associates.
  3. Train and mentor associates on best practices for providing outstanding customer experiences.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to implement new ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
  9. Handle and resolve any escalated customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to associates to foster their growth and development.
  11. Create and maintain schedules to ensure adequate staffing to meet customer service demands.
  12. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and policies related to customer service.
  13. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  14. Collaborate with store leadership to ensure company goals and objectives are met.
  15. Uphold and promote The Home Depot's core values and mission of providing exceptional customer experiences.
