Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably Within A Retail Or Corporate Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Work With Various Levels Of Employees And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Hr Systems And Processes, Such As Payroll, Benefits, And Employee Relations.
