Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably Within A Retail Or Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Work With Various Levels Of Employees And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Hr Systems And Processes, Such As Payroll, Benefits, And Employee Relations.
