Associate - Freight/Receiving

We’re looking for an experienced Associate to join our team and help us keep our Freight/Receiving department running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They should also have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and takes pride in the work they do. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have the ability to multitask. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing team.To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a retail or customer service environment. You should have a valid driver’s license and must be able to lift up to 50lbs. The ability to operate a forklift is a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
2. Receive, unload, and tag freight shipments, verifying accuracy of shipment.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
4. Assist customers with their purchases.
5. Operate a forklift and other equipment as needed.
6. Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
7. Process returns and exchanges as needed.
8. Monitor and report issues with inventory or equipment.
9. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Perform regular stock counts and audits.
