
Assistant Store Manager

- Lead and motivate store associates and evaluate their performance.
- Train and develop store associates and ensure they are up to date on product knowledge and customer service practices.
- Evaluate and recommend inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
