Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to motivate and develop a team.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience and an understanding of basic business principles. In addition, you should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and store associates. Proficiency in the use of a computer and Microsoft Office programs is also required. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Monitor and implement store policies and procedures in order to maximize customer service and sales.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and store sales.
  4. Create and manage store budget and ensure cost control.
  5. Lead and motivate store associates and evaluate their performance.
  6. Train and develop store associates and ensure they are up to date on product knowledge and customer service practices.
  7. Evaluate and recommend inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
