Asset Protection Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset protection policies and procedures to ensure the security of The Home Depot’s assets.

• Analyze security trends and risk factors to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to reduce losses.

• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct investigations to identify and apprehend suspects.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting audits and verifying counts.

• Train and mentor new asset protection staff members on security procedures and protocols.

• Prepare detailed reports on asset protection activities, investigations, and audits.

• Respond to and investigate customer complaints and suspicious incidents.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local law enforcement, security personnel, and other stakeholders.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and asset protection.
