  1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment within the store premises at all times.
  2. Identify and investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activities, and take appropriate action to prevent loss or damage.
  3. Develop and implement effective security procedures and protocols to prevent theft, fraud, and other potential risks.
  4. Conduct regular store audits and inspections to identify any potential security vulnerabilities.
  5. Train and educate store employees on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
  6. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to report and address any criminal activities.
  7. Utilize surveillance equipment and other security tools to monitor and track any suspicious activities.
  8. Work closely with store management to identify and mitigate any potential security threats.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents, and provide timely reports to the appropriate authorities.
  10. Continuously assess and improve security measures to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and company assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Loss Prevention Strategies And Techniques, Such As Cctv Surveillance, Inventory Control, And Internal Theft Prevention.

  • Excellent Observation And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Asset Protection Specialist, You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Investigating Potential Security Threats And Finding Effective Solutions To Prevent Them. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Observational And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Experience In Conducting Investigations: The Home Depot Is Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience In Conducting Internal Investigations Related To Fraud, Theft, And Other Security Incidents. This Includes Collecting Evidence, Interviewing Witnesses, And Writing Detailed Reports.
