9. Handle all aspects of the store's emergency response procedures, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and severe weather.
10. Stay up to date on current security trends and best practices to continually improve the store's security measures.
11. Communicate effectively with customers and associates to provide a safe and welcoming environment.
12. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all security-related incidents and activities.
13. Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Legal, to handle any security-related issues.
