- Act as a product expert and provide guidance to customers on product usage, maintenance, and care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, including any issues or concerns that arise.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of installations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to continuously improve installation techniques and processes.
- Represent The Home Depot in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Relevant Field, Such As Home Improvement, Construction, Or Installation.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Materials And Installation Techniques, With A Focus On Plumbing, Electrical, And Hvac Systems.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Customers And Team Members.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Blueprints, And Use Measurement Tools Accurately.
