Accountant - Financial Reporting

This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation, review and analysis of required SEC external financial statements (10-Q, 8-K,10-K, 11-K) as well as other filings as they arise (i.e. registration statements). This role will assist in the research and implementation of new accounting standards, which will require staying current on proposed and existing guidance. This role will also assist in researching other accounting issues as they arise, with the opportunity to draft technical accounting memos. Position will be required to take a leadership role in departmental training and development and be committed to work in a team-oriented environment.
