- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers to ensure Hertz vehicles are sold at competitive prices and within a timely manner.
- Negotiate prices and terms with wholesale buyers to achieve maximum profitability for Hertz.
- Manage and monitor the wholesale vehicle inventory to ensure accurate and efficient tracking and reporting.
- Utilize knowledge of the automotive industry and wholesale market trends to make informed decisions on pricing and inventory management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and securing new wholesale buyers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as fleet management and remarketing to ensure seamless processes and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful wholesale transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends to identify new business opportunities and improve strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to make strategic recommendations for maximizing sales and profitability.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for Hertz in all wholesale transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and effectively manage risk in all wholesale transactions.
- Represent Hertz in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all wholesale transactions and provide regular reports to management.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of Hertz assets and employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Automotive Industry, Preferably In Vehicle Wholesale.
Strong Negotiation Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Dealers And Other Industry Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.
