- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on rental vehicles according to company standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other issues with vehicles
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements on vehicles, including but not limited to brakes, tires, fluids, and engine components
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on vehicles
- Monitor inventory of parts and supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations while working on vehicles
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding vehicle issues and repairs
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve vehicle problems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and changes in vehicle technology and maintenance techniques.
Knowledge Of Automotive Systems: The Vehicle Maintenance Technician Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Various Automotive Systems Such As Engines, Transmissions, Drivetrain, And Electrical Systems.
Technical Skills: The Candidate Must Have Strong Technical Skills To Diagnose And Repair Mechanical Issues, Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks, And Handle Complex Repairs.
