1. Perform tire and lube services on a variety of vehicles in accordance with company standards and procedures.
2. Inspect and assess each vehicle's tires and lubrication needs, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
3. Change and rotate tires, as well as perform tire balancing and alignment as needed.
4. Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of vehicles.
5. Keep accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and labor hours.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and properly dispose of all used materials and equipment.
7. Monitor inventory levels of tire and lube supplies and inform management when reorders are necessary.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, and report any potential hazards or accidents to management immediately.
9. Assist with other duties as needed, such as assisting with car washes or performing minor repairs.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques, and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve overall efficiency and quality of work.
