
Technical Recruiter
The Hertz Corporation is looking for a savvy, highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As an integral part of the hiring process, you will need to possess the knowledge, experience, and drive to find the best talent to fill open positions. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for connecting with and engaging top talent.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. You should have a proven track record of success in recruiting, and experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated success in developing and utilizing various recruiting methods, including social media and networking, is a must. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview top talent for open positions.
- Develop and utilize various recruiting methods to locate potential candidates.
- Utilize social media and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing candidates.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to identify and fill open positions.
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Monitor and report on recruiting metrics to determine effectiveness.
