  1. Develop and implement effective and innovative strategies for sourcing top talent to meet the company's hiring needs.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect required skills and qualifications.
  3. Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  4. Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
  5. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners to expand the candidate pool.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the organization remains competitive in the job market.
  9. Serve as a brand ambassador to promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
  10. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  11. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract top talent.
  12. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and employee retention initiatives.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and tools.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Methods, And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Technology Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Candidates.
