
Sr Desktop Support Analyst
The Hertz Corporation seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sr Desktop Support Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Tier 2/3 technical support to the desktop environment, including hardware, software, operating systems, and applications. You will have the opportunity to work with a large team of professionals and to gain invaluable experience in the IT industry.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of industry best practices, and experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You should also have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to the desktop environment, including hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize industry best practices and stay up to date with new technologies and solutions.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and maintain documentation related to desktop support activities.
- Liaise with other IT personnel and external vendors as needed.
- Ensure that all help desk requests are handled in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide training and assistance to end users as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
