With extensive experience in customer service, product development, and process improvement, the Senior Director Customer Experience will be responsible for driving customer engagement across the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can develop and implement a customer experience strategy that will drive customer loyalty and engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer service improvement initiatives, excellent problem-solving skills, and be an excellent communicator and listener.
