Salesforce QA Test Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective test strategies for Salesforce solutions to ensure high quality and a positive user experience.

• Monitor the quality of the Salesforce applications and processes to identify areas of improvement.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce test automation tools.

• Analyze test results and provide feedback to developers to ensure quality solutions.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality control procedures are followed.

• Manage the QA process and develop strategies to improve Salesforce application quality.

• Plan and coordinate test schedule and test cycles.

• Design and implement test plans and test cases.

• Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve the quality of the Salesforce solutions.

• Review and report on quality metrics and provide feedback to management.

• Develop and adhere to best practices for Salesforce application quality.
