- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with the rental process by collecting necessary information and completing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
- Maintain and update rental records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Keep track of rental inventory and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure consistency in operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the rental process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
