- Greet and welcome customers to the rental location in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with the daily operations of the rental location, including processing rental agreements, collecting payments, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of rental agreements, payments, and other important information.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Help to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the rental location, including vehicles, office space, and customer waiting areas.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed at all times.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers, employees, and company assets.
- Follow cash handling procedures and accurately balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Attend training and development programs to continuously improve job knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
