  1. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the company.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
  3. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  5. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.
  6. Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  7. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Act as a liaison between different departments and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  12. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  13. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
