- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with rental car pick-up and drop-off processes
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about rental services and policies
- Process rental agreements, collect payments, and issue receipts accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
- Monitor vehicle availability and ensure accurate and timely delivery of rental cars
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the rental process
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
