  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with rental car pick-up and drop-off processes
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about rental services and policies
  • Process rental agreements, collect payments, and issue receipts accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
  • Monitor vehicle availability and ensure accurate and timely delivery of rental cars
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the rental process
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide a positive rental experience.
