2. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the car rental location, including managing vehicle inventory, scheduling, and rental transactions.
3. Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
4. Collaborate with other managers and team members to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor and maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company standards.
6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
7. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to advance within the company.
11. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory tracking.
12. Adhere to budget and financial goals set by the company.
13. Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture.
14. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
15. Handle any other duties as assigned by upper management.
