Maintenance Supervisor

The Hertz Corporation is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our fast-paced and motivated team. We’re looking for a leader who is organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for ensuring that our rental vehicles are in top condition and that our maintenance operations run smoothly. You should also have the ability to lead a team of technicians and prioritize tasks, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 1. Oversee and manage the maintenance of the Hertz Corporation fleet of rental vehicles.
2. Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
3. Prioritize tasks and ensure that all vehicles are kept in top condition.
4. Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the vehicles or maintenance operations.
5. Work with other departments to ensure that maintenance operations are running smoothly.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the technicians and make changes where necessary.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve the maintenance operations.
9. Maintain a valid driver’s license.
10. Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for work.
