The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with data and a strong background in Human Resources. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing data in the HR systems and providing support for HR staff.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, and at least three years of experience working with HR systems. You should also have excellent organizational and communication skills and be comfortable working with a variety of software applications.
