  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for the company.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with the company's goals and culture.
  3. Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates.
  4. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively reach out to potential candidates for future opportunities.
  7. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment sources to attract top talent.
  10. Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Continuously monitor and improve the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional impression of the company.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports for management review.
  13. Work with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related events.
  15. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment and hiring practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In High Volume Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Automotive Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of All Aspects Of The Recruitment Process, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
