- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to support the organization's growth.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with the organization's goals and culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the organization's talent acquisition efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, job postings, and hiring metrics.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its values and culture to potential candidates and the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In High Volume Recruiting, Preferably In The Retail Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Processes, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates.
Experience With Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools To Effectively Manage High Volume Recruitment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
