  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-volume talent to support the company's growth.
  • Conduct thorough and efficient candidate sourcing through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and assess a high volume of resumes and applications to identify top candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job advertisements that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, including negotiating offers and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve the company's recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment related activities to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment and selection process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In High Volume Recruitment, Preferably In The Hospitality Or Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Various Recruitment Strategies, Including Sourcing, Networking, And Partnering With Universities And Job Fairs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And External Partners.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
