- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high volumes of qualified candidates for various positions within the company
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruiting and hiring
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, community organizations, and other external partners to develop a strong talent pipeline
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract top talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to effectively compete for top talent
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and report on key recruitment metrics to the HR team and senior leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In High Volume Recruitment, Preferably In The Transportation Or Hospitality Industry
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Networking, And Candidate Assessment
Experience Using Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates
