  1. Develop and implement high volume recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough and timely screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions that effectively communicate job requirements and company culture.
  5. Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  6. Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  7. Make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and alignment with company values.
  8. Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in high volume recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
  11. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, such as staffing agencies and universities, to support recruitment efforts.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  14. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness in high volume recruitment.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In High Volume Recruiting, Preferably In The Transportation Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience Using Various Sourcing Methods, Including Social Media, Job Fairs, And Employee Referrals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Recruitment Goals And Metrics, Such As Time-To-Fill And Diversity Hiring Targets.
